The more I listen to this young brother’s album I see and feel his vision on every track with every word he resites. To bad I can’t say the same for rest of the rappers out right now but brother (LUPE), man his future is a bright as the sun, and as a fan I’m just happy to see him shine.
That cover is craazzyyy
it took me forever to figure out what the title said
LUPE FIASCO!
yay =)
im gonna get the album
Joeeee :D Says:
I definitely agree with elvgero1. he may not be on the radio every other song, but if you juss chill and listen to his music, you see, hes the future of real hip hop. wow, is all you can describe this album as.
Lone Says:
Definitely masonic.
What a shame

$TINO Says:
THANK U LONE! when i saw this album cover i was disgusted! the ‘Lupe Fiasco’ logo in the middle looks very similar to Arabic calligraphy. Fine fair enuff this lupe fiasco dude is/was muslim? But wag1 with the masonic symbols??? the triangle, skullz n sh**t??!! F**K THAT!!!
beat Says:
not to be a jerk or anything, but lone and Stino… if you actually listened thoroughly to the lyrics of the songs on the album you would realize that the three symbols around lupe’s name on the cover represent the three characters that he tells the story of throughout the album. the three characters are the cool, the game, and the streets. the cool starves for peer acceptance while the game represents trickery and deception. finally, streets is a woman that serves as the backdrop for the action presented throughout the album’s story and deep concept. listen to “the coolest” “put you on game” and “die”.
King Says:
Great cover. very meaningful. Beat is correct in everything he says about the cover and its symbolism. I may also add that this is the best rap cd since the late, great Notorious B.I.G. He is the present and the future of rap.
He is changing the game. Finally… it died with Christopher Wallace but Lupe is trying to bring it back slowly… Epic CD. Thank you Lupe.
S-P Says:
I’m actually appalled that Stino said he was disgusted to see Arabic calligraphy. Point A is that the font of Lupe Fiasco’s Food and Liquor was, while different, still Arabic in nature. Point B is that, god forbid, there are more than one culture in the world. And masonic? Are you kidding me? Get a life, my dudes
moorrese19 Says:
Even if the album is masonic y r u thinkin of it in reference to Lupe, when u should be thinkin of it in ref to the concept album. The skeleton hand is about the cool losing his righteousness, the locket belong to the streets and the skull is about the game. If it is Masonic its in ref to these characters being corrupt not lupe himself. As for his name its Persian calligraphy, he is muslim so get over it, do ur homework 1st youngins!
Mr. Ello Says:
Man this album cover is hot as i don’t know what. I like how he he the design of the text in the middle and that skeleton hand at the top. and stop referring to his album. to other nonrelavent shit!!!
kaboom Says:
oh yeah! his album is hot and I cant stop lisen to it. what Im also crazy about is the cover of his album with his name “Lupe Fiasco”. I tried to write my name in that way but its hard. My friend said u could find some other words in arabic in there. but what it was I dont remember.
hihater! Says:
respect to beat coz he couldnt be more right with what hes saying.
i also think that the triangle with a symbol on each corner is meant to show the concept of the inconsistant triad, the fact that only two of the factors can exist together.
In religious terms its gods omnibenevolence, omnipotence, and evil. I think lupes tryna do the same thing with his album characters.
Hip-Hop Saved My Life Says:
I dont think Lone and Stino meant the symbols on the outside so much as they meant the triangle with the circle and lupe’s name in it. tak out a dollar bill and look at the back, its pretty similar to the pyramid with the eye, which is most assuredly a free mason symbol
Omer Says:
this album cover is relating to the muslim caligraphy ,symbolising his islam cuz hes a muslim!!!
